Pets Go, Preston and Co's latest RNG experience, draws inspiration from the successful Pet Simulator 99 RNG Event. The gameplay is centered around RNG elements fused in a traditional Pet Simulator environment. Initially, the game looks barren as beginners won't be able to use Upgrades (power-ups), inventories and the Trade Plaza, among many other things.

We'll provide you with important strategies and tips to help you get past the early game stage, roll for the rarest pets, and unlock the best Upgrades to earn thousands of Coins (in-game money) per Roll.

Getting started in Pets Go - How to play

X-factors to keep in mind before your Pets Go debut:

Unlocking quests: To unlock quests, start rolling your dice by pressing the logo titled "Roll!" in the middle of the screen. Continue this process to eventually unlock quests. The quests UI will appear on the right side of the screen.
Quests: They offer permanent Coin boosts. The tasks are mostly based on rolling pets with a certain rarity level and clearing a certain amount of breakables (once you unlock them).
Upgrade: The game features a total of 205 Upgrades, all of which can be accessed via the "Upgrade!" button next to "Roll!."
How to earn Coins: You'll be rewarded Coins depending upon the rolled pet's rarity and Coin-based upgrades.
Inventory: One of your first Upgrades must be unlocking your Inventory. Without Inventory, you'll not be able to view your Pets and Items. Hence, your focus in the early game must be on unlocking it.
Auto Roll!: It is one of the best Upgrades in Pets Go. This is because you can go afk and farm Coins without manual grinding. You can also purchase the 'Hide Rolls!' upgrade to roam the map or farm breakables while rolling.
Breakables: They are currency-based items that can be broken for Coins. The inspiration for them comes straight from Pet Simulator 99. However, to unlock breakables in Pets Go, you must spend 600 Coins in the Upgrades menu.
Leveling Upgrade: The Leveling Upgrade is a vital mastery that keeps track of your avatar's RNG progress. After unlocking this upgrade, you'll earn XP for every Roll and Coins for leveling up.

Crucial tips to remember after unlocking Upgrades and breakables:

Smart investing: Avoid spending Coins on decorative upgrades like Hoverboard Skins. Instead, invest in faster hatch, instant hatch, Golden Dice and other roll-based upgrades.
Quest importance: Complete quests to earn permanent boosts. This will help you earn a lot of Coins per Roll.
Egg Upgrades: At the start, you'll only be allowed to hatch Cracked Eggs (default eggs). In the Luckier Upgrades tab, you can find a variety of eggs. A better egg yields a finer hatch.
Huge Pets: It may also appear in your roll after unlocking its upgrade for a staggering 1 million coins.
