Since the release of Anime Defenders Update 6, double evolution is what everyone's talking about. Six Mythic units can now be evolved for the second time, making them stronger than ever. Several players who already have those units wonder if it's worth evolving them again. This is because double evolution requires you to collect certain resources, so the grind is inevitable.

Here's an Anime Defenders double evolution tier list to help you know the best double evolution unit and decide if it's worth your time.

Double evolution tier list in Anime Defenders

In this double evolution tier list, we've ranked all the units in different tiers: S, A, B, and C. The units mentioned in the S tier are overpowered and better than the rest.

S tier

King Of Dragons
Expert Sharpshooter

Damage plays a huge role in tower defense games; hence, we've shortlisted the above units for you. Both of them are excellent at dealing insanely high damage. The Expert Sharpshooter can do high critical damage when fully upgraded. This unit's Huge Bullet Blast ability allows it to deal 500% of the total damage over 10 hits. Moreover, this is an AoE attack, so every enemy on the field will be affected.

The King of Dragons has abilities like Burn Amplification and Flame Nuke that work well with his burn damage. The Burn Amplification enhances this unit's burn damage by 100%. Also, when the Flame Nuke is activated, he can unleash an attack that does 800% of his total damage over five hits.

A tier

Prime Leader
Elf Saint

The units mentioned in the A tier are worthy additions, but slightly less strong than those in the S tier. It doesn't mean that you can't pick them. In fact, they're exceptional in battle and possess abilities that can come in handy. For instance, a Level 10 Prime Leader can use the Galaxy Smash ability to deal 250% of his damage over five hits. This will not only kill enemies but also slow down those who survive.

On the other hand, Elf Saint with its high DPS is a good fit for an aggressive approach. Elf Saint has an ability called "Confused" that manipulates enemies into going in the opposite direction.

B tier

Skull Vindicator

We've placed Skull Vindicator in the B tier because it doesn't have any passive abilities. However, that doesn't mean you can't pick this unit. The Skull Vindicator compensates for what it lacks with good damage, speed, range, and AoE.

C tier

Curse Overlord

The Curse Overlord is in the C tier because he lacks the ability to deal with bosses. His active ability Full Throttle Domain doesn't affect bosses. However, it can reduce a regular mob's health by 50%. Using the Curse Overlord is almost useless as his ability has a cooldown of 150 seconds.
