To gain access to traits, you must first reach the Reaper rank in the game. However, this is easier said than done since you must meet the following requirements to unlock this rank:

10 million Strength
10 million Defense
10 million Energy
Once you meet these requirements and unlock the Reaper rank, head over to the Hospital and talk with the NPC standing in front of the entrance. He allows you to roll for the traits and obtain one. The Hospital is located behind the playtime chart which you can access from your spawn location.
How to reroll the traits and is it worth the effort?

Once you reach the Reaper rank and find the Traits Manager NPC in the game, you must obtain the Reroll Token. This item allows you to roll for traits. It can be obtained by using codes or by completing various quests in the game.
