Anime Vanguards Update 0.5 Slayer's Corp: New game mode, Raid Shop, and more

Anime Vanguards is one of the latest tower defense games on Roblox, and the developer recently rolled out a brand new update for the experience. Named Slayer's Corp, it introduces several new features to the game, including the Raid Gamemode and a new boss event.

As stated, Update 0.5, also named Slayer's Corp, includes several new additions, making the game much better than before. Below is the complete changelog taken directly from the game's Discord.

• Fight off powerful enemies in the Spider Forest, collect the Exclusive Rengoku Unit, and earn Red Webs in the all-new Raid Game Mode!

New Raid Shop

• Earn the valuable ReD Webs currency through laying Raids and use it to purchase powerful Evolution Items, Traits Rerolls, and more!

New Boss Event

• Exclusive Traitless mode where you fend off against Igros, The Blood Red-Commander (14-day Event)

New Boss Shop

• Earn the Commander Token currency through playing the new Boss Event and use it to purchase various items such as Trait Rerolls, Stat Rerolls, an Exclusive Igros Emote, and more!

6 New Units

• Renguko
• Akazo
• Tengon
• Kaneo Takarada
• Bean
• Blossom

3 New Evolutions

• Renguko (Purgatory)

• Easily view the current stage rewards, modifiers, and more while within a game!

Auto Ability

• Units with abilities now have an "On" switch button above itself, which upon activation, uses the Unit's ability when ready.

Unit manager UI revamp

• The UI has been revamped and now includes buttons to Upgrade and Sell.
• The animations for the upgrade interface have been improved.

Trophy Shop

• Purchase Profile Backgrounds using Trophies obtained in the Boss Event.

New Emotes

• California Gurls
• Blood-Red Commander

Profile overhaul

The Profile Customization feature has been significantly improved with this update. You can now do the following:

• Choose any unit in your inventory to display as your current Profile Avatar.
• Freely customize your profile background/banners using Trophies obtained from the Boss Rush Event.
• View your current standing on the Leaderboard.

Bug fixes

The following bugs have been fixed in Update 0.5:

• Summons being able to deal damage to shielded enemies multiple times.
• Multipliers added by passives not being displayed correctly on upgrade UI.
• Stun time on Sosuke (storm) being 1 second instead of 2.
• Skills with global cooldown not showing for other players once used.
• Added new ability icons for Song Jinwu and Alocard.
• Igros (Elite Knight) has stat and passive changes as the final upgrade stats were higher than intended.
• Obita (Awakened) changed the upgrade at which he received his final attack and fixed some stats that were incorrect.
