The Prison Event can be accessed from the spawn area by going near the Transport Officer NPC in this Roblox title. Once you teleport to the event area, you must pick a side between the prisoner and the guard. Based on your preference, you will receive luck boosts in the event area.

For instance, a prisoner gets a 20% luck boost in the Police Shakedown minigame. On the other hand, a guard gets a 20% luck boost in the Prisoner's Cave minigame.

Both of these areas can be accessed using the respective keys — Police Shakedown Key and Prisoner's Cave Key. If you head inside the underground tunnel, near the Prisoner's Cave, you will find a few bosses that have a chance of dropping these keys. However, you need great arm strength for that as they have millions of strength.

Both the Police Shakedown and Prisoner's Cave feature 25 waves of bosses whom you must defeat in an arm wrestling contest. Each wave has only one boss and you can progress to the next wave after defeating them. Beating these mini-games gives you access to several rewards like boosts, keys, and Prison Coins.

Once you are inside the underground tunnel, you will come across various destructible walls. Breaking them requires you to have a certain amount of strength. Upon breaking them, you can uncover secret rewards. For example, you can get a new spin wheel, loot cases, and new bosses who drop keys upon getting defeated.

How to use Prison Coins in Arm Wrestle Simulator

The Prison Coins are the exclusive currency used to purchase items in the Prison Event area. You can use it to buy new pets in the event's spawn area. To roll for one pet, you will require 75 Prison Coins and to roll for 10 pets, you will need 750 Prison Coins.

Apart from that, the Prison Coins can be used to purchase items from the Black Market NPC. It's found in the underground tunnel and items listed there are very affordable.
