A brand new BedWars update has introduced several amazing things to the game. Players can now deploy a Guardian to defend their beds against attacks. As stated, the New Mechanics update has introduced a new feature as well as other major and minor changes that are worth checking out. Below, we have the official changelog directly from the developer's Discord server.

Match Mechanics

• Guardian of the Dream - A bed guardian will defend your bed and base against enemies, but you cannot build near the Bed. Beds cannot be damaged until their guardian is killed.
• Rising Lava - The void has been replaced with a layer of lava that will occasionally rise over the beds!
• Back to School Days - Backpacks are now available at the shop.

• Reduced Chicken Nest prices: Iron 120 iron to 60 iron, Diamond 4 emeralds to 2 emeralds, Emerald 6 emeralds to 4 emeralds, Void 10 emeralds to 6 emeralds.

• Increased Chakram damage, armor penetration, and knockback.
• Increased Invisibility duration, decreased cooldown.

Drill

• Drills now have a 25% chance to triple generator drops.

Agni

• Reduced Rocket Boost cooldown from 15s to 12s.

Triton

• Increased Trident damage 20 to 35.
• Increased Trident speed and range.
• Decreased Trident cooldown 11s to 8s.

Farmer Cletus

• Increased chance of receiving 2 emeralds from 1 melon 20% to 30%.

Sorcerer

• Decreased crystal spawn rate.
• Decreased knockback on Tier 2 and Tier 3 explosions.
• Decreased Tier 3 explosion power.

• Decreased base damage per jellyfish 18 to 16.
