You can find plenty of Palm Wood near the seashore area in this Roblox experience. One of the regions where you can find it is near the Skitterer’s Nested Village. It is located on the left side of the starting area. Remember, you can't go to this area by jumping off the cliff. Doing so will trap you in the ocean surrounded by huge mountains. So make sure to travel through land as much as possible.

Your way towards the Skitterer’s Nested Village is through the Elder Woods area. Be cautious as you will find beasts like Forest Werewolves, Grizzly Bears, Tarantox, and so on in this area. The number of enemies will increase further as you close in towards the Skitterer’s Nested Village. It's up to you to fight or avoid them.

Once you reach the seashore, you will find several Palm Trees there. You can cut the Palm Trees using an axe to obtain Palm Wood from them. Since it is an item of the Rare category, you must be on Lumberjack level 5 or beyond to cut it down. You can always come back to this area and farm Palm Wood as the trees respawn after a while.
