To get Sleeping Medicine, you must complete a few missions. Like the Forgotten Orbs, there's a random chance that you will get this item as a reward from them. Complete the missions multiple times until you finally get your hands on the Sleeping Medicine.

Here's a list of missions that you can complete for a chance to get the Sleeping Medicine:

• Exterminate Curses: Eliminate all the Curses (enemies) from the area.
• Savior: Save all the hostages from the enemies.
• Cursed Object: Find a Cursed Object (red circle) and maintain its health by feeding your blood. Keep an eye on the enemies who will try to attack you.
• Devour: Kill all the Humans (enemies) in the area.
• Execution: Invade the mission of another player and eliminate them.

How to use the Sleeping Medicine in Sorcery

Once you have the Sleeping Medicine, it will appear in your inventory. You can press the "Tab" button to open the inventory and drag-drop the item into the hotbar. From there, you can equip and consume the Sleeping Medicine to sleep and teleport to the Dream World.

It should be noted that you must be on level 25 or above in this Roblox experience for the medicine to work. Consuming it under the required level will do nothing. If you are above level 50, there's a random chance that you will teleport to the Dream World after dying or leaving a mission.
