One of them has to equip the Reaper Glove, the second player must equip the Nightmare Glove, and the third must wear the Bob Glove. This must be done after everyone enters the Normal Arena and goes to the Cube of Death.

To begin the obtaining process, the player with the Reaper Glove must slap you first. While you're under the effect of the Reaper Glove, ask the player with the Nightmare Glove to slap you right after without sparing a second. Doing so will turn your screen completely black, now you must ask the player wearing the Bob glove to summon the Bob on you.
