A Universal Time: Summer Update

A Universal Time is an extensive anime-themed RPG Roblox title that pays homage to the best animanga series including but not limited to Jujutsu Kaisen, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Hunter X Hunter, and others. Recently, the game received a major update centered around the Summer theme.

The update brings multiple additions and bug fixes. It focuses on a complete rework of an in-game ability, various ability additions, and multiple balance changes.

Everything added to A Universal Time in the Summer Update

Newly added Abilities and reworked Stand

Crazy Diamond which is a Stand has been reintroduced into the game with this update and it has been completely reworked. Two new abilities called Suna Suna No Mi and Kuro Claws have also been added to the game. Here is a complete rundown:

Crazy Diamond:

Introduced in Summer Update Part 1, Crazy Diamond has returned in Summer Update Part 2 with a total rework as a Legendary stand! It utilizes the new healing system, which makes all hits you inflict upon a party member heal them! This system is a replacement for the Restoration Mode system the old Crazy Diamond had.
ALL PRIOR CRAZY DIAMOND ABILITIES AND THEIR TRAITS WILL BE WIPED. HOWEVER, YOU WILL KEEP ALL PVE DATA (LEVELS & ASCENSION RANKS)
All old Crazy Diamond skins have been converted, as well as receiving SFX/VFX updates based on whether they had custom attributes before the rework!
The rework also comes with a multitude of new skins.
Cursed Diamond which is a MYTHIC level skin, Luminus which is a LEGENDARY type skin, and the Truffle Warrior, another LEGENDARY level skin.

Obtainment Path 1:

Find a Stand Arrow by interacting with METEORS across the map.
Use the Stand Arrow on the Standless ability for a very small chance to get Crazy Diamond!

Obtainment Path 2:

Find Stand Arrows by interacting with METEORS across the map
Collect up to 15 Stand Arrows
Roll on the gacha banner to get 3x Crazy Diamond Shards
Kill the new Josuke-Higashikata boss for a 35% chance to obtain the Joestar Blood Vial
Go to the crafting NPC to craft Crazy Diamond with 15 Stand Arrows + 3x Crazy Diamond Shards + Joestar Blood Vial

Suna Suna No Mi:

Based upon the Suna devil fruit from One Piece, this Legendary ability has 10 unique moves! Use your environment tactfully to gain an advantage over your opponent!

It comes with four skins - Yami which is a MYTHIC skin, Ice Hook also a MYTHIC, Crocodile’s Crocs an EVENT-based skin, and Capn Hook which is an EPIC rarity skin.

Obtainment Path 1:

Kill Crocodile at Alabasta for a 10% chance to obtain the Golden Hook
Roll on the gacha banner to get 3x Suna Shards
Go to the crafting NPC to craft Suna with 3x Suna Shards + Golden Hook

Obtainment Path 2:

Dig up Sand Debris for a ~10% chance to receive a “Baroque Works Contractor Den Den”
Use the “Baroque Works Contractor Den Den” to initiate the Suna Quest Part 1, which consists of the following sections in the following order:
Baroque Works Purge Business
Interrogation of a Traitor
Mr. 0’s Urgent Matter task
After completing each task from each section of Suna Quest Part 1, you will receive the “Baroque Works Contractor” title and have completed Suna Quest Part 1. With this, initiate Suna Quest Part 2 by talking to Sanji, who will provide you with a task.
Once completed all the steps above, you will have obtained the Suna Devil Fruit.

Obtainment Path 3:

Find the Suna Devil Fruit on the floor.

Obtainment Path 4:

Kill the Crocodile Boss for a 5% chance to obtain the Suna Devil Fruit

Kuro Claws

Previously a Boss Spec, the Kuro Claws ability has been released for public use! Kuro Claws is a new Uncommon ability coming with seven moves unique!

It comes with 2 skins: Wolverine which is a LEGENDARY rarity skin and Freddy Kreuger which is also a LEGENDARY level skin.

Obtainment Path 1:

Go to the Adventure Board NPC to take up the “Save The Village” Adventure Quest
Kill the Kuro Of A Hundred Plans boss to obtain the broken claw item (100% guaranteed drop)
Obtain 6 broken claws
Use 6 broken claws to craft the Kuro Claws ability

Obtainment Path 2:

Roll for Kuro Claws Shards on the Gacha Banner
Use 3 Kuro Claws Shards to craft the Kuro Claws ability

Additions, balance changes, other new content

Here are the particulars of everything else added to A Universal Time including three new quests and other miscellaneous changes with this update:

Quests:

Mount Quest

A new way to obtain Mounts has arrived: the Mount Quest!
Talk to the Mingo NPC located at the Mount Shop NPC shop near the center of the city.
Pay a 1,000,000 uShard fee to complete 5 randomized quests.
Once all quests, return to the Mingo to receive a randomized mount!
Percent chance of the mount you receive scales inversely proportional to rarity.

Protect A Hardpoint

Get designated a tiny point of interest on the map within the region.
When you reach it, engage a proximity prompt to start the event.
For 5 minutes, various NPCs will spawn and try to attack the hardpoint. Defeat them all before they reach and destroy the point for a reward.

Caravan Security

The quest board informs you of the starting location of a “Caravan” of friendly NPCs. You are responsible for protecting the caravan from any enemy attacks.
Upon the caravan’s arrival at its destination, you will be cut their loot.

Additional Changes in A Universal Time:

Two new areas called the Alabasta and the Deserts Palm have been added.
Two new bosses called the Crocodile and Josuke Higashikata have also been added.
Three new NPCs called Mingo, Ghost Rider, and Sanji have also been added to the game.
A new title system: The new title system allows you to equip titles, which are headings of text that appear above your avatar. Obtain titles through achievements, and equip them through the new Title Menu.
Achievements have been reworked as well.
A new emote pack was also added.
Multiple new Mount skins were also added.
The Premium shop was also reworked and refreshed.

Bug fixes, patches, and other optimizations

Countless old bugs have been fixed in this update resulting in a better optimized gaming experience for everyone. Here's a rundown:

Mounts’ jump now supports mobile compatibility
Fixed the main cause of the user's camera spazzing out and having huge lag spikes (MIGHT STILL OCCUR JUST LESS LIKELY)
Being able to infinitely claim UCoins and EXP from certain quests when attempting to claim rewards with a full ability inventory
Sterben Operation having no move description
"Defeat [#] Thugs/Hooligan/etc" achievements and so on not working properly
Decreased likelihood of players in 1v1 game modes to end up on neutral team
Bounties applying in private server
Zombies now spawn at the mansion
Broly and its given skins are now unusually compatible VFX-wise
D4C: LT quest now notifies you of needing to be D4C to use Saints parts, to avoid confusion where the "quest isn't working"
Optimized Stun indicator to prevent it from sticking and causing lag
Emote UI not being scaled to the screen’s resolution
Updated lighting (enhances effects)
The name of Broly has been changed to Broccoli to avoid copyright issues
The name of “Nimbus Cloud” has been changed to Flying Cloud to avoid copyright issues
Cumber (Broly skin) was renamed to Cucumbere to avoid copyright
Ascension Rank now displays on other players' display UI
New “Bounty Poster” toggle setting. Turns off the presence of boss spawn bounty posters.
Sand Debris has been moved to Devil’s Palm
New error log format
