It is worth noting that you must drive around the map to collect all 10 Cake Slices as they are scattered all around. Once you do this, head to the spawn location and go left. There, you will find a bunch of characters partying and a scoreboard letting you know how many slices you currently own.

To enter the code, click on the gear icon at the bottom-left side of the screen. This will open a new screen where you can enter 1MILLIONLIKES to unlock the special number plate that you can equip with your cars.
