To get the Chaos Hockey Stick Wings, you have to complete the following objectives:

• Join an NHL Team: Approach the corona in the middle of the challenge area to join an NHL Team in the game. You can freely choose a team or let the game decide for you through the Random option.
• Beat the Ghosts on all Chaos Run Levels: Access the Chaos Run obby stages through the dedicated area in the overworld and complete all stages. These are time trial levels that have you beat the Ghost’s time to complete the mission. Beat the Noob, Pro, and Legendary difficulty stages to finish the objective.
• Score 25 Goals in NHL Blast Matches: Participate in an NHL Blast Match by clicking on the Join Match button on the left. Score a goal by pressing and holding the left mouse button and releasing the moment the cursor lines up. Do so 25 times to clear the challenge.

With all three challenges finished, go to the Chaos Hockey Stick Wings icon in the overworld and press E to add it to your inventory. Now, you can access it through the customization screen in the Roblox Player app.
