Everything you need to know about Pet World

In this Roblox experience, you will collect three types of currencies including Coins, Star, and Shards. Among these three, collecting Coins is the easiest task as it is scattered all over the map. You can explore the spawn area with your beginner pet to break and collect the Coins. While your pets are busy collecting Coins from another area, you can click and collect manually too.

With the help of Coins, you can collect new pets from the egg machines. Remember, as you unlock new areas, the price for hatching an egg will increase. For example, you can hatch a Woodland Egg for 3k Coins in the spawn area, but to hatch eggs in the Mystical Forest (second area), you will need 45k Coins. Expensive Eggs also unlock better pets for you.

If you explore thoroughly, you can find some eggs on the ground as well. You can collect and hatch them for free but do not expect a rare pet from it. Besides eggs, you can find the Star currency on the ground. Like Coins, you or your pets can break and collect it. Stars are found very rarely as compared to the Coins.

The third currency known as the Shard is quite elusive in this game. You can either collect it from the BattlePass or by completing quests.

How to use Coins, Stars, and Shards in Pet World

Each currency in this game can help you progress smoothly towards the end game. You can use Coins for two main tasks: purchasing new pets and unlocking new areas. Stars, on the other hand, can be used in a Tower in the Mystical Forest area, where you can find a Wizard who offers services like crafting potions. However, to unlock his services, you must pay him 12,500 Stars.

Coins, Stars, and Shards can also be used to craft different potions at the Wizard Tower. Additionally, Shards can be used at the Merchant NPC to buy Potions. These potions offer a temporary boost to help you earn more in-game currency and XP.

Another important use of the three currencies is gaining permanent boosts using the Shrine. For instance, there's a Mushroom Shrine in the Mystical Forest that can give you the following boosts:

  • +5% Luck
  • +25% Coins
  • +25% Stars

Obtaining the above boosts is only possible only if you Activate the Shrine by paying 20m Coins, 1m Stars, and 500 Shards.

How to level up pets in Pet World

You can level up your pets by gaining XP to increase their speed and gains. This happens gradually as you collect more Coins and Stars across the map. To rank up their levels fast, you can use potions to increase their XP gain. For example, there's an XP Boost Potion that gives 2x XP for 10 minutes.

Similarly, you can also use fruits like Banana, Strawberries, and Apples to increase your XP gains. All the fruits are found fallen on the ground.
