The first thing gamers must do upon logging into Voxlblade is choose a slot to load the game in. Next, they will have to customize their character from head to toe. The customizable aspects include hairstyle, hair color, eyes, skin color, facial hair, mouth, and most importantly, race.

Every race has a different appearance trait along with a passive buff. As of now, there are 10 races in the game, including some free ones, some purchasable through a gamepass, and one that can be unlocked after completing a quest. Here are all of the races in Voxlblade:

Primary gameplay

The primary gameplay has the main character embarking on a journey to defeat countless NPCs (like Buni and Dire Buni) and bosses (like Lord Frogg and Queen Bumblz), explore numerous dungeons (like The Bastion and the Icy Plateau Void Rift), and collect multiple items including runes and rings.

Gamers can also participate in various events like Blood Moon, Harvest Moon, and The Sky Whale, unlock enchants (like Strengthened or Vampiric) and weapon arts (like Lunge and Rapid Stabs), and forge armor sets and blades (like the Katana Blade and the Shadow Blade).
