Meredith Wolf attended William Mason High School and played for the Mason Manta Rays swimming club team. In March 2019, she swam at the Southern Premier Invitational competition with a season-best of 25.35s in the 50-Y Free Prelims. During her active days, she swam at the NCSA Summer Championship, Speedo Championship Series, and 2016 OH LSC LC Senior Championships with a record of her personal bests of 29.10, 1:03.42, and 2:15.32, respectively.
