Hailing from Boulder, CO, Emma Weber is an American swimmer, who became the Colorado State Champion in high school in the 100m breaststroke and 200m IM. The 20-year-old came into the spotlight in the swimming community during the 2017 Colorado LC State Championships. Here, she bagged a win in the girls’ 14&U 100m breaststroke with a 1:11.93.
Weber is poised to compete in her maiden Olympics in the Paris Olympics 2024. She stunned the swimming world by upsetting the current Olympic champion Lydia Jacony in the 100m breaststroke at the 2024 US Olympic Team Trials and advanced to the 2024 Summer Games behind Lilly King. She finished second in the event after cruising towards the finish line at 1:06.02.
