Sarah Bacon is a professional American diver. She rose to prominence after winning a gold and a silver medal at the 2019 Lima Pan American Games and a silver medal at the Gwangju World Championships the same year. She missed out on qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics but bounced back from the disappointment and won a silver medal at the 2022 Budapest World Championships. Bacon earned her spot in the Paris Olympics and won a silver medal in the women’s three-meter synchro category alongside Kassidy Cook.

Bacon had completed her graduation from the University of Minnesota. There, she was a five-time NCAA Champion, thrice in one-meter and twice in three-meter. Besides, she was also a four-time Big Ten Champion, twice each in the one-meter and three-meter categories. Bacon was a 10-time All-American and held the NCAA Championship one-meter record, alongside the Big Ten Conference records on one-meter and three-meter.
