The team moved to the United States from Argentina due to limited racing opportunities back when they were based in Argentina. The team was formed by Ricardo Juncos in 1997 and is now based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The team's owner, Ricardo Juncos began racing by driving karts in Argentina. He is a second-generation and former Formula Renault driver. His Formula Renault career came into play due to his successful karting career.
