In Wimbledon, she reached the fourth round, where she lost to Emma Navarro.

At the 2024 China Open, she registered a win against Karolina Muchova by 6-1, 6-3. With the win, she became the second player from America in Beijing, following Serena Williams. Her biggest victory of the season includes reaching the semifinal of the 2024 WTA Finals, securing a win over former No. 1 Iga Swaitek. Her powerpack performance continued as she next eliminated World No. Aryna Sabalenka in the semifinal. In the final, she defeated Qinwen Zheng after recovering from a set deficit.

She also reached the semifinals of the 2024 Italian Open in both singles and doubles category. At the 2024 Wuhan Open, she lost to eventual champion Aryna Sabalenka in the semifinal despite winning the first set.
