She is currently ranked No. 6 in singles by the WTA and achieved this career-high ranking after reaching the quarterfinal of the 2023 US Open for the first time. She has won two singles titles to date and became the first teenager to finish runner-up at the 2019 Roland Garros in almost ten years.
