The 2025 4 Nations Face-Off will take place from February 12-20, 2025, at the Bell Centre in Montreal and TD Garden in Boston. It will replace the NHL's All-Star Game for 2025 and feature teams from Canada, Finland, Sweden, and the United States competing in a round-robin format, with the top two teams facing off in the final.

Each team will have 23 players, all from NHL rosters, with players selected by their country's hockey associations. The tournament will follow NHL rules, including overtime and shootouts for round-robin games, and a 5-on-5 sudden-death format in the final. The full rosters were announced in December 2024.

According to USA Today, Finland announced its roster for the 2025 4 Nations Face-Off, featuring star players like Juuse Saros of the Nashville Predators, Sebastian Aho of the Carolina Hurricanes, Aleksander Barkov of the Florida Panthers, and Mikko Rantanen of the Colorado Avalanche. Four players from Stanley Cup-winning Florida Panthers, including Barkov, Patrik Laine, and Joel Armia were selected, while Urho Vaakanainen of the New York Rangers and Kevin Lankinen of the Vancouver Canucks also made the roster.

According to TSN, Finland’s tournament schedule includes games against the United States on February 13, and Sweden on February 15 in Montreal, followed by a match against Canada on February 17 in Boston. Antti Pennanen will coach the team, which has achieved past success, including Olympic gold in 2022 and World Championship gold in 2019 and 2022. The championship game will be held on February 20, 2025 in Boston.
