Andre Tourigny

Andre Tourigny is a Canadian ice hockey coach for the Utah Hockey Club (formerly known as the Arizona Coyotes) in the National Hockey League (NHL) as of November 2024. Before taking charge as the head coach for the Coyotes, he contributed as an assistant coach for the Ottawa Senators and the Colorado Avalanche. Tourigny embarked on his coaching journey in 2002, assuming the role of the head coach and general manager for the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), where he served for 11 years.

In June 2013, he entered the NHL coaching scene as an assistant coach for the Colorado Avalanche. Aiming for a head coaching position, Tourigny resigned in May 2015, subsequently securing a five-year contract as the head coach of the Halifax Mooseheads in the QMJHL. His achievements include winning a gold medal with the Canadian Junior national team at the 2020 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship. In July 2021, Tourigny assumed the head coaching role for the Arizona Coyotes (now Utah Hockey Club) in the NHL.
