Tonight, the Chicago Blackhawks will face the St. Louis Blues in the highly anticipated Winter Classic at Wrigley Field in Chicago, home of the Chicago Cubs.

Heading into tonight's game, Chicago will be looking to snap a four-game skid that has seen them go winless since a win over the Seattle Kraken on Dec. 19. On the flip side, St. Louis will be looking to get back in the win column after having a two-game win streak snapped by the Buffalo Sabres earlier in the week.

Chicago is sitting in last place in the Central Division, three points behind the Nashville Predators. Meanwhile, the Blues sit a whopping nine points above the seventh-place Predators and 12 points behind the last-place Blackhawks.

Looking at the odds for tonight's Blackhawks vs Blues NHL Winter Classic showdown, as well as upcoming games on Chicago's schedule

Heading into today's clash between the Blackhawks and the Blues, St. Louis is sitting as a slight betting favorite, given how well the team has played compared to Chicago.

On FanDuel, St. Louis is a -142 favorite while Chicago is a +118 underdog. Meanwhile, on DraftKings, the odds are nearly identical, with St. Louis as a -142 favorite and Chicago as a +120 underdog.

If these lines remain consistent between now and puck drop, it would take a $142 bet on St. Louis as the favorites to win $100 while a $100 bet on Chicago as the underdogs would win $118 via FanDuel.

Following today's game, Chicago will kick off the new year by hosting the Montreal Canadiens on Friday before welcoming the New York Rangers to Chicago on Sunday.
