Compared to the Islanders, the Vancouver Canucks have been dominant this year. While New York is sitting on a 6-6-4 record that's seen them go just 4-4-2 in their last 10 games, Vancouver is 8-3-3 this season and 7-2-1 in their last 10.

Similarly, on FanDuel, Vancouver is sitting as a -184 favorite while the Islanders are +152 underdogs. To simplify these numbers using the FanDuel odds, it would take a $184 bet on Vancouver as the favorites to win $100, whereas a $100 bet on New York as the underdogs would win $152.
Following the game against the Islanders, the Canucks will close out the week by hosting the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday. Then, on Sunday, they'll play the second leg of a back-to-back against the Nashville Predators before closing out their six-game home stretch with a game against the New York Rangers on Tuesday.
