Colin Blackwell is a center for the Dallas Stars in the 2024 NHL season. He grew up in North Andover, playing for the Valley Junior Warriors and practicing with his brother at home. He starred at St. John’s Prep in Massachusetts, scoring 66 points in 25 games.

The San Jose Sharks drafted him in 2011. He played college hockey at Harvard and helped win the ECAC Tournament in 2015. Blackwell began his pro career in 2016. He has played for the Dallas Stars, Nashville Predators, New York Rangers, Seattle Kraken, Toronto Maple Leafs, and the Chicago Blackhawks.
