Connor Brown is a Canadian ice hockey right winger, playing for the Edmonton Oilers of the NHL. Born on January 14, 1994, Brown was selected by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the sixth round, 156th overall, of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. After his draft, Brown spent two seasons playing for the Toronto Marlies of the AHL. On July 1, 2019, Brown was traded to the Ottawa Senators and played three seasons for them. Apart from that, he also has played for the Washington Capitals and now with the Edmonton Oilers.
Before the NHL, Brown honed his skills in the OHL with the Erie Otters from 2011 to 2014. During his amateur career, he saw immense success, serving as a team captain. His final season with the Otters, playing alongside future NHL star Connor McDavid, was historic, as Brown notched 128 points in 68 games, earning the Jim Mahon Memorial Trophy and Eddie Powers Memorial Trophy.
