Jonathan Tanner Miller, born on March 14, 1993, is an American professional ice hockey forward and alternate captain for the Vancouver Canucks in the National Hockey League (NHL). Miller began his professional journey after being selected 15th overall by the New York Rangers in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. He has also played for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Growing up, Miller also played baseball and hockey.

He honed his skills with the Pittsburgh Hornets and USA Hockey's National Team Development Program. His early experience led him to the Plymouth Whalers in the OHL and the Connecticut Whale in the AHL before coming to the NHL.
