
Jonathan Tanner Miller is an American professional ice hockey forward, playing for the New York Rangers, as of February 2025. He was born on March 14, 1993, in East Palestine, Ohio. He was drafted 15th overall by the Rangers in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. Miller began his NHL career with the Rangers in the 2012–13 season.
In February 2018, he was traded to the Tampa Bay Lightning, where he signed a five-year contract extension. In June 2019, Miller was traded to the Vancouver Canucks, becoming one of their top players and later signing a seven-year contract extension in 2022. On January 31, 2025, Miller was traded back to the Rangers in a deal that sent Filip Chytil, Victor Mancini, and a conditional 2025 first-round pick to the Vancouver Canucks.

J.T. Miller's injury concerns began early in the 2024-25 season when he suffered an injury during the opening face-off against the Philadelphia Flyers. He was forced to leave the game temporarily but returned shortly after.
