Talking about his journey, Parsons began with the Mount St. Charles Acad 14U AAA during the 2020-21 season, recording a 1.83 goals-against average (GAA) and a .915 save percentage in 14 games. The following season, he played for Mount St. Charles Acad 15U AAA, where he posted a 2.61 GAA and a .911 save percentage in NEPACK 15U and a 2.13 GAA and a .923 save percentage in 15U AAA. Also that year, he played for Team Royal in the USA-S15 league, where he recorded a 4.00 goals-against average (GAA) and a .864 save percentage over 2 games.
For the 2022-23 season, Parsons joined the U.S. National U17 Team in the NTDP and recorded a GAA of 3.40 with a .885 save percentage across 32 games. That same season, he also represented the USNTDP Juniors, where he achieved a 3.51 GAA and a .890 save percentage across 23 games.
