Also that year, he played for Team Royal in the USA-S15 league, where he recorded a 4.00 goals-against average (GAA) and a .864 save percentage over 2 games.

For the 2022-23 season, Parsons joined the U.S. National U17 Team in the NTDP and recorded a GAA of 3.40 with a .885 save percentage across 32 games. That same season, he also represented the USNTDP Juniors, where he achieved a 3.51 GAA and a .890 save percentage across 23 games. Moving forward to the 2023-24 season, he played for the U.S. National U18 Team in the NTDP with a 3.71 GAA and a .864 save percentage in 33 games played while continuing with the USNTDP Juniors in the USHL, where played 14 games while recording a 4.13 GAA and a .854 save percentage.
