The Toronto Maple Leafs will look to get back in the win column when they face the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday. After ending 2024 with a win over the New York Islanders, the team kicked off the new year with plenty of momentum, winning over the Islanders (again), the Boston Bruins and the Philadelphia Flyers twice.
While the team lost 6-3 to the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday, the Maple Leafs are still in first place in the Atlantic Division.
With the franchise eager to make it out of the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, its success this season has left fans hopeful that this could be the year the Maple Leafs make waves out East.

On FanDuel, Toronto is a -176 favorite while Vancouver is a +146 underdog. Meanwhile, on DraftKings, the Leafs are -192 favorites and the Canucks are +160 underdogs.

They will then return home for a two-game stretch against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Jan. 20 and the Columbus Blue Jackets on Jan. 22.
