I mean, credit to them, they played a hard game tonight, and in overtime, 50-50 game. Anyone can get that extra point, and we were just on the wrong side of it tonight.”

Maple Leafs vs Jets: Preview
Toronto is off to a slow start to begin the season as the Maple Leafs are .500 at 4-4-1.
Winnipeg, meanwhile, has been a surprise team as it is 8-0 and the only undefeated team left in the NHL. Winnipeg has been playing well offensively, while goalie Connor Hellebuyck has been solid. Jets head coach Scott Arniel said about the win streak, via NHL.com.
"We try to do a pretty good job of just putting it behind us and moving on to the next opponent. We've got Toronto coming into our building. Every game, you've got to turn the last one off, turn this one on, and move forward here. Because it's a different component every night. You've got to be good every night."
Hellebuyck should be able to limit Toronto's offense again, while Woll will likely struggle again as he will take a bit to get his rhythm after missing time due to the injury.
Ultimately, the Jets will be able to get a big win at home and improve to 9-0.
Prediction: Winnipeg 4, Toronto 2.
