The team is one of the league’s six charter franchises and plays its home games at Place Bell in Laval, Quebec. The team was founded in 2023 and initially operated under league branding before adopting the name "Victoire" in 2024. They made history in their inaugural season with notable achievements, including breaking attendance records for women’s hockey and clinching a playoff berth.
