Eide has been covering hockey for nearly a decade. He started writing for SeattleSports.com in 2012, where he covered the Seattle Thunderbirds of the Western Hockey League.

He is also a regular guest on Seattle Sports radio, and an analyst for Thunderbirds TV broadcasts.

Seattle Kraken defeat Dallas Stars in first game after Andy Eide news
In what was an exciting matchup, the Kraken defeated the Dallas Stars 5-4 in overtime.

The Kraken, meanwhile, kept their postseason ambitions alive with the victory. They're fourth in the Pacific Division on 85 points, 3 points below the Edmonton Oilers but with a game in hand. Seattle are 6 points above the Calgary Flames and look to benefit from having two games in hand on them.
