Former NHL player Ryan Whitney posted a video on social media of his 5-year-old son Wyatt playing hockey. In the video, young Wyatt is seen hitting and poking other kids his age with his stick as rapper Meek Mill's "I'm a Boss" song plays in the background.

Ryan captioned the video:

"F**k it, Wyatt Whitney highlights...probably wasn’t ready to have a stick."

The video caught the attention of former NHL player Paul Bissonnette and he reacted to the feisty highlights with a four-word reply:

"Where's his Leafs jersey?"

Biz was asking about the Toronto Maple Leafs jersey he gifted Wyatt last month, with the name "Squanto" and number 16 on the back.

This isn't the first time that Wyatt's aggressive ice antics have gone viral. Back in March, Ryan posted another video of his son getting into an on-ice brawl with other kids during a game.

"Wyatt Whitney coming in hot with the aggressive drop of the mitts. Where’s Pavelski’s son? I want revenge," injecting a touch of humor and hockey nostalgia into the moment." Ryan wrote with the video.

Ryan Whitney mentioned former NHL player Joe Pavelski on recalling the fight between him and Pavelski during the Sharks vs. Ducks on Oct 3, 2009. The intense fight left Whitney bleeding from the nose. Whitney's comment highlights he wanted revenge now with Pavelski's son, as Wyatt seems ready to fight.

The video of Ryan Whitney's youngest son Wyatt playing hockey has sparked lots of reaction from hockey fans on social media.

Fans were awestruck by Wyatt's performance at such a young age, with one commenting:

"This kid is going to be an absolute grease ball on the ice."

Here are some fan reactions:

"Did he learn that over head slash from Uncle Keith Yandle?" one fan wrote.
"Look at the Ankle strength. Taking kids out by his skate, dad could never do that! Congrats Whitney’s!" another fan wrote.
"Can definitely tell he’s watched a ton of Gretzky highlights. Only issue is that he was focused on McSorley the whole time. Born to be a #HockeyGuy" a user commented.
"Omg this kid is going to cause more power play goals than anyone ever" another user wrote.

Overall, fans seem thrilled by the next Whitney generation's clear passion for hockey.
