Brad Marchand shares 2024 photo dump looking back at cherished moments spent with family and friends

Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand expressed his love for his family and friends and showcased the year gone by in an Instagram post on Wednesday. The left winger posted a carousel of photos featuring a series of exciting moments from 2024.

“A few good ones to look back on in 24!” the post caption read.

Marchand has repeatedly said that his family and friends are an essential part of his life, providing support both on and off the ice.

The collection includes moments of quality time Marchand has shared with his family. Marchand is married to Katrina Sloane, with whom he shares two daughters: Sawyer, born in 2017, and Rue, born in 2022. He is also a stepfather to Katrina's son from a previous relationship, Sloane, who was born in 2009.

One of the photos shows Sawyer wearing eyewear in the shape of ‘2025’. Another photo is of Marchand kissing Rue while she’s having a snack. Other moments from the 20-photo carousel feature the Marchand family out ice skating. Another photo shows Sawyer dressed in a sparkly pop star outfit, complete with a headset, ready to take the stage.

In another photo, Katrina and Rue can be seen fishing in a pond. Another pic has the family of five posing in front of a log cabin.

Brad also shared pictures from family vacations, parties and activities such as hunting, horseback riding and destination adventures. Another photo showed the Bruins star posing with Hollywood star Woody Harrelson.

A Halifax Christmas for Brad Marchand and his family

Last Friday, Brad Marchand’s wife, Katrina, posted on Instagram about the family’s festive Christmas celebrations in Halifax.

Captioned ‘A Halifax Christmas’, the series of short videos and pics featured the Marchand kids enjoying various holiday activities, rushing around the house enjoying the Christmas decorations and riding ATVs and other vehicles.

One of the clips shows the extended Marchand family, including Marchand's parents, posing in front of an enormous Christmas tree. Another short clip showed the family riding tricycles and a toy car indoors before transitioning to Marchand riding an ATV with one of his children.

Other moments from the reel showed the family with the kids clutching their Christmas presents, Rue walking towards a Christmas tree and posing for a photo wearing a cap numbered '63', her dad's number for the Bruins.
