"Can't get enough of this moment": Marie-Philip Poulin & Laura Stacey blast Celine Dion's 'It's All Coming Back To Me Now' at couple's wedding party

PWHL Montreal superstars Marie-Philip Poulin and Laura Stacey have taken their relationship to the next level by officially tying the knot. After getting engaged last summer, the couple celebrated their love over the weekend with a private wedding ceremony.

The guest list was packed with familiar faces from the sports world. Fellow Team Canada players inlduing Mélodie Daoust, Olympic legends like Tessa Virtue, and media personalities like Kate Beirness and Ailish Forfar gathered to celebrate the couple’s special day.

They said their vows in an intimate outdoor event. Both Poulin and Stacy wore elegant floor-length white gowns and posed with identical white decorative umbrellas.

On Thursday, Marie-Philip Poulin posted a clip from their wedding after-party celebrations on her Instagram story. Celine Dion's 'It's All Coming Back To Me Now' was loudly playing in the background as the couple celebrated with the guests and vibed to the song.

"Can't get enough of this moment", Marie-Philip Poulin wrote in the caption.

Their close friend and personal trainer Daniel Noble summed up the emotions of the night perfectly in an Instagram post:

“If the world could only embrace a percentage of the amount of love, joy and authenticity that was shared last night we would all be in such a better place. Laura and Mary you are a force of nature for all that is good in this world. There is so much good to come for both of you…Keep writing your story…”

Marie-Philip Poulin and Laura Stacey got engaged last summer

The Canadian power couple have been together for quite some time. Earlier last year, Poulin and Stacey announced their engagement on May 26, 2023, through Instagram. The couple shared photos from a trip in Hawaii showing off their engagement rings.

"So... This happened. Best question I ever asked... She said OUI," Marie-Philip Poulin wrote in an Instagram post.

“You•Me•Oui•Forever❤️,” posted Laura Stacey on her own Instagram account.

Besides playing for PWHL Montreal, the two have also been teammates at the Olympics. They won silver in 2018 and gold in 2022 and have competed together in five world championships. Together, they have a total of six Olympic medals and seven gold medals in World Championships.
