Dylan Strome is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He is currently an ice hockey center for the Washington Capitals. Strome made his NHL debut in 2016 and stayed in the league for several seasons before being traded to the Chicago Blackhawks.

Dylan Strome became the second member of his family to be selected in the first round of the NHL Draft.
In 2012-13, the player rose to prominence with the Greater Toronto Hockey League champion Toronto Marlboros and was named GTHL Player of the Year after scoring 65 goals and 143 points in 60 games.
A four-goal, six-point performance against Niagara in the season finale tied the franchise record and earned Strome the Eddie Powers Memorial Trophy as the OHL's top scorer. He was also given the William Hanley Trophy for being the most sportsmanlike player in the OHL.
He scored 22 points in 20 playoff games as Erie advanced to the OHL finals that season. Strome, who was cut from Arizona's final training camp in 2015, returned to juniors and was named captain of Erie, succeeding Connor McDavid, the No. 1 pick in the 2015 NHL Draft.
Strome tied Mitchell Marner for the team lead with four goals and two assists in five games for Canada at the 2016 World Junior Championship.
