"Do it Kyle, don’t let him slip" , a fan tweeted.

Another video by Milstein shows Demidov trying new Warrior sticks. This was at the Gold Star NHL Pre-Draft Camp.

Many insiders and GMs attended the camp. Notable attendees included Calgary's Craig Conroy, Chicago's Kyle Davidson and Anaheim's Pat Verbeek.

Ivan Demidov is a right winger and the No. 2 prospect in the Draft Preview issue. He has been a key player for SKA-1946 in Russia's junior league. The NHL Draft is on June 28th.

Chicago Blackhawks evaluate drafting Ivan Demidov and Artyom Levshunov

The Chicago Blackhawks hold the second pick in the 2024 NHL draft. Their front office, which includes general manager Kyle Davidson, amateur scouting director Mike Doneghey, and hockey operations adviser Brian Campbell, is attending the Gold Star Hockey 2024 Pre-Draft Showcase in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Gold Star Sports Management Group hosts this event to introduce Russian players and foreign prospects to NHL teams.

Russian forward Ivan Demidov and Belarusian defenseman Artyom Levshunov are two of the top prospects. Demidov, an 18-year-old from St. Petersburg, is known for his playmaking abilities and has been compared to Tampa Bay's Nikita Kucherov.

Demidov is a strong contender for the Blackhawks' pick. He is recovering from an ankle injury but is eager to join the NHL.

Levshunov, who was with the Michigan State Spartans, impressed at the NHL Scouting Combine. His college performance with nine goals and 35 points makes him a good option for Chicago.

The Blackhawks are evaluating these prospects. Drafting Demidov will surely present some challenges in his induction into the team. The Blackhawks are reportedly planning a dinner with Ivan Demidov to understand his situation.
