Meredith Gaudreau, the wife of the late NHL player Johnny Gaudreau, shared an adorable moment featuring their daughter Noa at an aquarium on Instagram.

The snapshot captured Noa at the aquarium with her uncle Eddie Morris, who had posted the original photo on his Instagram Stories on Thursday. Meredith’s brother also tagged his sister in the post.

“Merriweather she wants some fish @meredithgaudreau_,” Meredith wrote.

Responding in her story feed, Meredith expressed her affection with a heartfelt message.

"I would buy u the ocean," Meredith replied.

Noa and Eddie both wore Johnny's #13 jersey number. The former Columbus Blue Jackets star and his brother Matthew were killed in a biking accident on Aug. 29, in Oldmans Township, New Jersey. The brothers were in town for their sister Katie's wedding and were hit by a suspected drunk driver, according to the police.

Johnny left behind his wife Meredith and two children. Meredith also announced in September that she is expecting their third child. Matthew is survived by his pregnant wife, Madeline.

The Tankie’s Angels New Year’s Brigade, an annual event that honors Salvatore "Tankie" Dinubile and other hockey players, paid tribute to Johhny, Matthew and Boston hockey alumnus Tony Voce. Their tribute on Thursday drew an emotional response from Meredith.

“Sooo good!” Meredith wrote.

Matthew and Johnny Gaudreau’s sister Katie pens emotional New Year’s message

Johhny and Matthew Gaudreau's sister Katie also posted a poignant New Year’s message. Katie, who had postponed her wedding after the tragic accident involving her brothers, shared her grief and reflected on the devastating experience that their family had gone through.

"2024 I hate you. You went from what should have been the best year of my life to the worst. You taught me that life is cruel and unfair. You made me feel so small and so lost, but you didn't get the best of me because I have come out stronger and wiser. 2025 l am not sure how to feel about you yet because I don't know how we leave 2024 like this," Katie captioned on Tuesday.

According to their wedding website, Katie and her fiance Devin are set to tie the knot on July 11 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
