Montreal Canadiens legend Carey Price’s wife Angela did an Instagram Q&A session with her followers on New Year's Day. One of the topics she touched upon was the ongoing controversy surrounding the cast of It Ends With Us, the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel.
In response to a fan’s question asking if she is still ‘Team Baldoni’ in light of recent developments on the Blake Lively-Justin Baldoni drama, Angela insisted that she wasn’t a supporter of Baldoni in the first place.
“Never claimed to be team Justin. Just decided that I wasn't a fan of Blake. Which is still the case. If anything I think they probably both suck,” she wrote.
Blake Lively, who plays the lead character of Lily Bloom in the firm, and Baldoni, who both directed the film and played Ryle, were rumored to have clashed during production and promotion.
Baldoni was noticeably absent from group events and avoided posing with Lively and their co-stars during the tour. Fans also noticed that Lively and other key cast members, including author Colleen Hoover herself, don’t follow Baldoni on social media.
In December 2024, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni accusing him of sexual harassment and a smear campaign to damage her reputation. Lively claimed she endured a toxic work environment during production and said Baldoni had crossed personal boundaries. Baldoni has denied the allegations.
Carey Price and Angela Price staying in Canada for the 'forseeable future'
In the same Q&A session, Angela addressed a few other questions about Carey Price and their future plans going forward. When asked about their work, Angela explained that Carey is still under contract with the Montreal Canadiens.
“Carey is still under contract with the Habs and I run @linechangeco | @byangela_thelabel”, she replied.
Another follower inquired if the family plans to move to the U.S. after Carey's contract ends. Angela clarified that they plan to stay in Kelowna, British Columbia.
“Will be staying put in Kelowna for the foreseeable future.”
Angela Price also addressed questions about her social media habits. She shared that a few months ago, she made a conscious effort to reduce her time on social media. She now keeps her phone off in the evenings and mornings and mainly uses social media during specific parts of her routine, such as while doing her hair or nighttime tasks.
Angela mentioned that she mostly “posts and ghosts” which has also helped her cut down on impulse shopping.
