Edmonton Oilers star Connor McDavid's fiancée, Lauren Kyle, shared some photos on her Instagram as the couple's wedding date gets near. McDavid, who is enjoying this offseason with family, was also part of Kyle's Instagram stories today.

Kyle first shared a picture of her with six of her friends. Some of the recognizable faces in the picture were Ryan McLeod's girlfriend, Alexie Andlauer, Sam Gagner's partner, Rachel Yelena Gagner, and Erik Gudbranson's partner, Sarah.

In the next picture, fans can see Connor McDavid and Lauren Kyle having lunch with their friends. Among her friends, Rachel Dunford was present, daughter of Boots and Hearts Music Festival founders Stan and Eva Dunford. McDavid was wearing his outfit from the morning.

In the morning, McDavid and Kyle took a mirror selfie together. McDavid wore black trousers, a dark blue dotted shirt and black and white sneakers. Kyle was wearing a silver strappy bodycon dress.

Connor McDavid and Lauren Kyle are getting closer to their wedding on July 27. Kyle shared an Instagram reel from her bridal shower, thanking McDavid and her mother for hosting the celebration.

"Thank you @kemcd66 & @sharonkyle16 for the most amazing bridal shower! It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. feeling so loved!" Kyle wrote.

Leon Draisaitl's wife, Celeste Desjardins, also shared pictures from the event and celebrated Kyle before her upcoming marriage to McDavid.

"The best night celebrating our girl. Lauren, you are so easy to celebrate. ... You are going to be the most beautiful bride. Love you," Desjardins captioned the post.

Their relationship began in 2015 when they were set up by Kyle's cousin, a teammate of McDavid's. They made their relationship public in July 2016 and have since enjoyed their time together.

In June 2023, they announced their engagement on Instagram and expressed excitement about their future together.

"22.06.23 was the best day of my life. I cannot put into words how happy I am to be spending the rest of our lives together," Kyle wrote. ... "Thank you for the most thoughtful, picture perfect proposal that I could never have imagined. I love you more than anything."

Kyle has been sharing her wedding journey, from shopping for dresses in New York City to celebrating her bachelorette party in Paris in April.
