Jeremy Swayman and his girlfriend Alessandra have a couples pilates session; Bruins goalie crushes instructor's "high expectations"

Boston Bruins goalie Jeremy Swayman and his girlfriend Alessandra Marie recently attended a couples Pilates session. They joined instructor Jennifer Phelan, who shared the experience on Instagram.

Swayman’s performance impressed Phelan, as his athletic background translated well into Pilates movements. Alessandra, a regular Pilates attendee, also received praise from the instructor.

“Thanks for coming in for your first JPPilates session @jswayman1!” Phelan wrote in her post. “I had high expectations after you told me your mom is a Pilates instructor, and now I can definitely say you’re making her proud! You crushed it! And obviously @alessandra.iacaboni, you were 🔥 as always!”

The three posed in front of a mirror, decorated during the Christmas holidays. Swayman wore casual athletic wear, while Alessandra sported matching black leggings and a top. Their smiles showed they enjoyed the session together.

Off the mat, Jeremy Swayman faced challenges on the ice. He made 23 saves in a 6-4 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday. Defensive mistakes in front of him led to the team’s third straight loss. Despite the tough stretch, Swayman’s work ethic and positive attitude remain clear. So far, he has a 13-13-3 record, 2.91 goals-against average, and .891 save percentage this season.

The Pilates session was a fun and relaxing moment for the couple. It also displayed Swayman’s focus on fitness beyond hockey.

Previously in October last year, Jeremy Swayman and forward Brad Marchand celebrated Halloween with an Italian mafia theme. They were joined by their partners, Alessandra Marie and Katrina Marchand. The couples dressed in classic mafia outfits and posed in a fun skit. Alessandra posted a TikTok video of the group sitting at a cafe-style table, acting like they were in a mafia meeting with cigars and cash.

Swayman shared a group photo on Instagram with the caption "LA FAMIGLIA." He wore a black jacket, sunglasses, and gold jewelry, while Alessandra wore a fur coat and vintage hairstyle. Marchand wore a white designer jacket, and Katrina had an animal print dress with a fur coat.

Alessandra also shared Instagram stories. One showed Swayman counting 100-euro bills with a cigar in his mouth. Another showed him loading cash into his car.

Alessandra jokingly tagged herself as Jeremy Swayman’s “mafia girlfriend” in one photo. Swayman and Alessandra are staying in Boston after he signed a big eight-year deal with the Bruins.
