Former NHL player JT Brown's wife, Lexi LaFleur Brown, shared some pictures from her summer on Instagram on September 4. The photos featured the couple, both their kids Lily and Booker, and other family and friends.
September is known as the arrival of 'NHL autumn' in the hockey community, with the preseason beginning this month to prepare everyone for the season ahead. She captioned the post:
"Brat summer is over it’s time for NHL autumn."
Lexi shared pictures featuring her cool dress up, Booker's broken tooth and daughter Lily's cute cheerleader outfit. Further, we got to see Lexi's autumn glow, a selfie with their son Booker and bedtime chit-chat between daughter and mother, with Booker playing games in the background.
One of the photos showed Lexi wearing a cute jumpsuit with a “you are safe with me” pin, showing her support for the LGBTQ+ community. The family was also seen in the garden with sheep and rabbits. The series of pictures concluded with a swimming pool playtime and a selfie of Brown and Lexi.
JT Brown and Lexi's daughter Lily's first day of first grade
JT Brown and Lexi's daughter, Lily, was born in 2017 and is currently close to seven years old. Yesterday marked her first day in first grade. Lexi shared the news on her Instagram story and wrote:
"Just realized Lily left the house for her first day of first grade with two wrists full of bracelets and I didn't check to see if she was wearing the "All-American Bitch" one Imao."
She later shared that:
"Thankfully she didn't get sent home on the first day"
Lexi also shared a picture of her husband immersed in his phone with a message:
"Btw, JT held his own at the Metallica show. It's incredible how much Metallica you subconsciously pick up from all that time spent at arena sporting events lol."
Lexi is also quite vocal about social issues through social media. In the third week of August, she shared Anthony Duclair's haircut. She wrote on X:
"And it finally happened. Totally out of line to ask a Black man to cut his dreads. The labor and money and time and love that goes into hair like this is extensive. Past time to change this archaic rule."
JT Brown is himself famous as the first player in the NHL to protest during the national anthem.
