Habs forward Patrik Laine’s fiance Jordan Leigh attended the Montreal Solstice Gala Charity Ball on November 30. Leigh shared a glimpse into the glamorous evening held at the prestigious Windsor Ballrooms in Montreal.
The event, organized by the Montreal Solstice Initiative, raised funds in support of the Montreal Children’s Hospital. The gala featured gourmet dining, live entertainment and a silent auction that included a signed jersey from ‘every single Montreal Canadiens player’.
Jordan Leigh shared a series of pictures and clips from the evening on Instagram stories. In one of the clips, Leigh did a fit check wearing a red dress with a simple and chic design and a bow in the back.
“It’s the bow for me”, she wrote in the caption.
Leigh uploaded a GRWM video on her Instagram, detailing her outfit for the charity gala. She wore a stylish Vivienne Gown, valued at $3,384.00. The strapless red evening gown featured a fitted bodice, a bow accent at the waist, and a flowing skirt with a sweeping train, and she paired it with ZARA’s sleek black patent-finished pumps, priced at $45.66.
She also shared snaps showing the decor at the Windsor, with tall centerpieces adorned with white flowers and crystal accents. One of the pictures showed off the grand chandelier, while another featured the gourmet dinner preparations.
Leigh also shared a clip of the guests dancing to the music hosted by DJ Morpheen, who also works as a senior manager in the pharmaceutical industry and is linked to Montreal Children’s Hospital.
The event ended up raising more than $40,000 in funds, as Leigh mentioned in the final clip of her stories. Patrik Laine's wife tagged Montreal Solstice Initiative in the caption and wrote:
“Over 40k for the Children's Hospital”
Patrik Laine sold his Columbus condo after relocating to Montreal
Habs star Patrik Laine has reportedly sold his luxury condo in Columbus, Ohio, following his summer trade from the Blue Jackets. The downtown condo, located in the prestigious Miranova Tower, sold for $2.3 million after being listed for $2.75 million in April.
The 24th-floor unit spans 4,031 square feet and features two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and an office equipped with a Murphy bed that converts into a third bedroom. It also includes a high-end kitchen with two wine coolers, a built-in Miele coffee maker and a bar area. The condo boasts an expansive patio and three garage spaces as well.
The NHLer originally purchased the property in 2022 for $2.475 million during his tenure with the Columbus Blue Jackets. Laine and his fiancee Jordan Leigh relocated to Montreal in October and have been settling into their new apartment.
Patrik Laine is yet to play this season due to a knee injury sustained during preseason. While he’s making progress, Canadiens coach Martin St. Louis has said that Laine’s return to the lineup isn't expected before next week.
