Paulina Gretzky unveils bespoke Dustin Johnson jacket at 87th Master tournament

Paulina Gretzky has once again shown her support for husband Dustin Johnson by wearing a custom “Johnson” jacket ahead of the 2023 Masters. The white jacket features Johnson’s name written on the back, while the Masters emblem can be seen on the front. Gretzky, the daughter of hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, posted photos of herself wearing the jacket on her Instagram Stories.

Johnson, who won the Masters in November 2020, will be looking to defend his title at Augusta National. The couple has had a busy few years, including tying the knot at the luxurious Blackberry Farm resort in Tennessee last spring. They also celebrated their first wedding anniversary on April 23rd.

In the weeks following their wedding, Johnson made the decision to join the Saudi-backed LIV Golf, reportedly for a sum of around $125 million. Gretzky defended her husband's decision in the Netflix docuseries “Full Swing”, saying that it was ultimately for the benefit of their family. she said:

“I don’t think Dustin would ever make a bad choice for his children, and people have to understand at the end of the day, that’s who he chose this for," said Paulina Gretzky. "Of course, I get what everyone’s saying, but my dad being a hockey player — I’m sure as a kid, there were times when I’m like, ‘Why does my dad have to play on my birthday?’ This is about Dustin and the kids and me and taking care of us and being there with us.”

Johnson had a successful first season with LIV, earning over $35 million in winnings. Meanwhile, Paulina Gretzky continues to show her support for her husband in her own unique way, with the custom jacket being just the latest example.
