The National Hockey League (NHL) is a professional ice hockey league in North America. The NHL's 2022-2023 season is going well so far, and the second half of this season's NHL games have already begun after Bye Week (The All-Star games).

Steven Stamkos is a Canadian professional ice hockey center and captain of the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League. The Lightning picked Stamkos first overall in the 2008 Entry Draft.

He has been selected to seven NHL All-Star Games and is a two-time Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy winner as the league's top goal scorer (2010 and 2012). He is also a two-time NHL All-Star (2011, 2012). He goes by the name "Stammer". In 2020 and 2021, Stamkos led the Lightning to back-to-back Stanley Cup victories.
