Edmonton Oilers forward Sam Gagner's wife Rachel Yelena Gagner shared photos from her trip to the Boots and Hearts Music Festival on her Instagram story. The festival takes place annualy at the Burl's Creek Event Grounds in Ontario, Canada.
Sam and Rachel were joined by other Oilers' players and their partners, including Oilers' captain Connor McDavid's brother Cam. McDavid recently got married to her partner Lauren Kyle on July 27. This was Rachel and Sam's first public meeting with Cam since McDavid's marriage.
Rachel and Sam took a group picture at the festive event, while sitting inside a luxurious van. Sam wore shades as everyone smiled for the picture.
Rachel was in a party mood and shared a picture of her outfit for the event. She wore designer jeans with cutouts near the waist, held together with chains and paired it with a jean top.
Rachel also shared another picture with her girl's group at the event. They were all dressed up in vibrant colors for the event, with high boots. Liv Hall was also present in the picture.
Rachel also shared a short clip from the event, she was sitting on Cam McDavid's shoulders and was dancing to the beat. She wrote,
"I was really thriving"
Columbus Blue Jackets' Erik Gudbranson and Dallas Stars forward Mason Marchment also attended the event.

Sam Gagner and wife Rachel also spent time at the lake during the NHL offseason. Rachel, who has nearly 12k Instagram followers, shared photos of their wave surfing adventure. She posted pictures of Sam falling off a surfboard and struggling to surf, along with humorous captions on Instagram.
Rachel also shared a video of herself attempting to surf and admitted Sam is better. She posted a photo of their daughter, Cali, jumping into the lake with a life jacket and a group photo of herself, Sam, and two friends enjoying their day.
