Toronto Maple Leafs coach Craig Berube is not thrilled with his team following their 6-3 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday. His displeasure carried over into Saturday's morning skate.
According to The Athletic's Jonas Siegel, Berube likely felt that the Leafs still haven't shaken off Thursday's poor performance.
"Let's f**king go! F**king move the puck," Berube said.
Fans shared their reactions to Berube's frustration with his team on X (formerly Twitter).
"I wish Travis Green did that. we hired the wrong coach unfortunately. leafs look great this year," one fan wrote.
"Maybe because that's his job lol," another fan said.
"Whoa. He swore TWICE!!??!!," one fan commented.
Here are other fan reactions.

"Coach yells at players... What has the world come to," another fan wrote.
"This is news? A coach swore?" a fan said.
Maple Leafs' fans appear to be unfazed by Berube's cussing as he is known as a tough coach who is honest with his players.
Craig Berube and the Toronto Maple Leafs look to bounce back on Saturday
Craig Berube's frustrations with his team stem from a rare lack of effort in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes.
The Maple Leafs entered the game on a five-game winning streak. Unfortunately, they couldn't carry that momentum into Raleigh. The top line of Auston Matthews (-6), Mitch Marner (-6) and Matthew Knies (-5) combined for a -17 rating. It was a performance that Toronto would want to flush from their memory quickly.
Berube is trying to ensure that those bad habits don't creep into his team's play on a regular basis. Expect Matthews, Marner and Knies to put forth a much better effort this weekend.
Berube hopes his strong words will better prepare his team for Saturday's matchup against the Vancouver Canucks at Scotiabank Arena. The puck drops at 7 p.m. EST.
