Toronto Sceptres forward Sarah Nurse celebrated her 30th birthday on Saturday. Friends, family and fellow PWHL stars made sure to send her birthday wishes on the special occasion, which Nurse reposted on her Instagram stories.
Fellow Olympic champs Jill Saulnier and Erin Ambrose shared birthday messages for the Sceptres forward on their stories. Ambrose posted a collage of three pictures from their time while playing for Team Canada in the Olympics. In the caption, she wished Nurse a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday Queen 👑,” Ambrose wrote.
New York Sirens forward and Sarah Nurse’s Team Canada teammate, Jill Saulnier, shared an image from the time they went golfing, followed by a selfie taken when the group went parasailing. She wrote:

Nurse’s Sceptres teammate Olivia Knowles shared a series of memorable memories with the birthday girl on her stories. One of the pictures featured the two friends attending a gala event in stylish outfits, while another saw them at a football game inside the M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.
“Love you so bad! @nurse16,” Knowles wrote and wished a happy birthday in the next.
The third image saw Nurse and Knowles cosplaying movie characters from the "Men in Black" franchise.
Her other Sceptres teammates, including Maggie Connors and Emma Maltais, also wished Sarah Nurse on her birthday with special throwback pictures.

Sirens forward Jessie Eldridge shared a throwback picture with Nurse, where they were seen posing in front of a McLaren F1 setup featuring a large billboard of Lando Norris.

Minnesota Frost defenseman Mellissa Channell-Watkins posted a candid snap with Sarah Nurse in an outdoor cafe on her Instagram stories. In the caption, she wrote:

Sirens’ Abby Roque shared a selfie taken with Nurse in front of the model Hogwarts Express in the Universal Studios’ Harry Potter World and wished her a happy birthday.

Meanwhile, Sarah celebrated her 30th birthday with her family and teammates. Her mother, Michelle Nurse, posted a selfie with Sarah and wished her on her special day.
