In Saturday's game between the Calgary Flames and the Los Angeles Kings saw some heated moments, including Flames forward Ryan Lomberg drawing blood after exchanging punches with Kings defenseman Kyle Burroughs in his second fight of the game.
The incident occurred in the third period after Burroughs had checked Flames forward Walker Duehr into the boards. Lomberg immediately came to the defense of his teammate, dropping his gloves and initiating a fight with Burroughs.
The two exchanged several punches, but Lomberg eventually got the better of Burroughs, leaving him with a bloody cut on his nose. Both players received fighting penalties.

It was Lomberg's second fight of the game. Earlier in the second period, he went toe-to-toe with Kings forward Tanner Jeannot at center ice.
The two traded punches back and forth before Lomberg slid down to the ice before being separated by referees. Like the later fight, both players received fighting penalties.
The Flames went on to win 2-1 against the Kings. Matt Coronato and Jonathan Huberdeau scored for Calgary. Jacob Moverare had the lone goal for Los Angeles.
Flames goaltender Dan Vladar made 31 saves, while Kings netminder Jonathan Quick stopped 16 shots in the loss.
